The Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Negotiations, Dr. Abdulaziz Hamad Al-Owaishek, met on Wednesday, 23 January 2019, Mr. Michele Cervone D'urso, Ambassador of the European Union to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, they discussed regional and international issues, the GCC-EU cooperation within the framework of the joint cooperation agreement, the outcomes of "youth unemployment treatment" workshop held at the GCC headquarters, on 16 January 2019, and the joint events planned to be held during 2019, including; the 10th Economic Dialogue, and the GCC-EU Business Forum.
