The joint group of the GCC undersecretaries for Youth Affairs and the Moroccan Ministry of Youth held the 4th meeting on Tuesday, 8 January 2019, in Rabat.
The meeting was inaugurated with a welcome speech delivered by, Mr. Othman Kair, the Moroccan Minister of Youth representative, wishing all success to this meeting that comes as an implementation to their majesties and highnesses leaders of the GCC states and the kingdom of Morocco vision serving the joint youth work.
In his speech the Omani undersecretary for Youth Affairs, Sheikh Rashad bin Ahmed Al Hinai, thanked the Moroccan Minister for his warm hospitality, and the participating delegations for their attendance, wishing to come up with recommendations that interest the GCC Ministerial Committee for Youth Affairs and sports, and serve their strategy.
Mr. Waleed Al-Farhan, the GCC representative, also delivered a speech stressing the keenness of their majesties and highnesses leaders of the GCC states to preserve the GCC-Moroccan joint work, and follow-up the implementation of the GCC Ministerial Committee for Youth Affairs and sports decisions.
They also reviewed the meeting's agenda, and adopted the recommendations and the 2019 joint plan.
