The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council condemns the Rocket Shelling on Al-Jala Camp and the Terrorist Attacks on a Police Station in Aden

GCC- Riyadh

The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani strongly condemned the rocket shelling carried out by the Houthi group targeting Al-Jalaa military camp in Yemen’s Buraiqa, and the Terrorist Attacks on a Police Station in Aden, which resulted in killing and injuring dozens of innocent people, describing it as criminal and brutal acts, incompatible with all human and moral values.

The Secretary General expressed his condemnation of the Houthi group's continued acts of aggression, bloodshed, and chaos, and its persistence to not resort to peace, ignoring UN calls to resume political negotiations to reach a political solution that puts an end to the war in Yemen, as well as the suffering of the Yemeni people. He also expressed his deep condolences to the families of the victims and to the Brotherly Yemeni government and people, and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
