The GCC-EMC gave a presentation on its efforts to raise the level of emergency preparedness in the face of all kinds of risks, and plans and procedures to recover from and reduce their impact.On this regard, the Secretary-General commended the support and care extended by the Government of Kuwait, represented by HE Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah, for hosting the Center's headquarters and supporting its efforts, Noting the GCC-EMC and its staff of experts, administrators and technicians sincere efforts to raise the level of the GCC-EMC efficiency and operational capacity, in order to achieve the desired objectives.
