(4) اعتماد قواعد ممارسة النشاط التجاري في مجالي تجارة التجزئة والجملة وفقاً للصيغة المعدلة: أقرّ المجلس الأعلى في دورته الثامنة والعشرين (الدوحة ، ديسمبر 2007م) تعديل قواعد ممارسة النشاط التجاري في مجالي تجارة التجزئة والجملة ، بما يتوافق مع متطلبات السوق الخليجية المشتركة.(5) السماح للشركات الخليجية بفتح فروع لها في دول المجلس بموجب قرار المجلس الأعلى في دورته الحادية والثلاثين (ابوظبي ، ديسمبر 2010).
